I would like to introduce you to Shauni Williams. From Redding, Ca. her music is simple and straight forward. She has been playing music since she was about 8 years old. Shauni is a piano player, song writer, and recording artist. I will start by telling you that my favorites of her songs are, “Least Of These” and “It Is Well.”

You can hear Shauni’s muscic for your self by using the music player on the upper right, next to her photo. You can also get information about upcoming shows on her ReverbNation page.

She is influence by artist like Amy Grant, Steven Curtis Chapman and many others. She has a long musical history and has had the opportunity to play her music all over. As early as 1977 Shauni was featured as a  guest artist and played a piano solo for the Heritage Singers Concert at the Redding Convention Center at the age of 9! In 1979 she played Nashville, TN, Opryland Hotel Gospel Music Convention, the Artist Showcase, playing for Dino Kartsonakis, and was scheduled as a guest pianist on the Johnny Cash Christmas Special (which was cancelled that year).

Shauni was the winner of a National Talent competition, playing a two minute excerpt of Grieg’s Concerto Ops.#16, as Miss California National Teen-Ager, in Atlanta Georgia. She was featured in Listen Magazine and sponsored by major corporations.

Shauni also participated in praise team worship leadership activities for over eight years at a local church.

In 2010 with her husband and co-writer Grant Williams came the release of their first project releases, including their first album,“Wake To Grace,” and a single, “A Christmas Tune,” which won the nomination for “Best Christian/Gospel” 2011 Hollywood Music In Media Awards!” Additionally, the song was one of the Top 5 Finalist in the 2011 Song of The Year competition. It has been added to the playlist of over 300 radio stations, and was featured on the Maximum Hits Radio Christmas Show -2, 2011 Holiday Season.

2011 was a very busy year for Shauni and Grant. They were selected by Extreme Tour 2011 for “The Objective” artist development week out of thousands of applicants. They are featured on KBZZ Christian Radio, Christianfrontline Magazine, IMRadio, and podcasts on New Artist Radio Network. I AM Entertainment (IAM) Magazine published a review of the the album “Wake To Grace” (July 19, 2011). Indie Ignite Conference is distributing “Mercy Again” as part of their Radio Single Compilation, which was sold out! Eleventh Hour Messengers was recently featured in the New Music Exclusive CCM Indie Artist Newsletter for August 2011.
